House Rules

Last updated: 13 October 2026

Our house rules protect the comfort, privacy and safety of guests, staff and neighbours. Some spaces are shared depending on the package you book. Standard check-in is 1:00 PM and checkout is 12:00 noon.

1. Arrival and identification

Standard check-in begins at 1:00 PM and checkout is by 12:00 noon (West Africa Time) on the confirmed dates. Any earlier arrival or later checkout requires prior approval from reservations and may depend on availability or additional charges disclosed in advance.

Keep your booking reference ready and provide accurate guest details as required by the reservations team. Share arrival changes and pickup instructions with staff promptly.

2. Room access and visitors

Use only the bedroom, suite and common areas included in your booking. Downstairs single-room guests may share designated common areas with other authorised occupants. Full-apartment exclusivity is only for bookings expressly confirmed for that package.

Guest and visitor counts must stay within the limit approved for the booked package. Ask reservations before inviting additional visitors, changing occupants or giving access to another person.

3. Events, parties and photoshoots

A photoshoot is a separate booking with its own session time, approved spaces and team size. Do not assume an overnight stay includes commercial shoot access.

The full-apartment package may include a party setting where expressly booked and approved. Events must remain within the agreed space, capacity, hours, property instructions and local requirements. Booking a room or suite alone does not authorise a private event.

4. Respect for property and smart systems

Treat furniture, appliances, decor, art, locks, smart lighting, climate controls and connected equipment with care. Do not tamper with wiring, security devices or automation configurations.

Notify staff promptly about damaged items, malfunctioning devices, water leaks, access problems or anything unsafe. The refundable caution fee may be affected by substantiated damage, missing items or unresolved rules violations.

5. Safety, neighbours and shared comfort

Follow applicable laws, safety instructions and reasonable staff guidance. Do not obstruct exits, create dangerous conditions or interfere with neighbours' reasonable use of the surrounding property.

Ask before bringing animals, smoking in or around the property, or making a special event arrangement; any specific permission or restriction must be confirmed with reservations. Do not assume silence means permission.

6. Departure and concerns

Please check out by 12:00 noon unless a later departure was approved. Return access items or equipment provided to you, remove personal belongings and report any known damage or missing items before leaving.

Staff inspect the approved spaces following departure. The full refundable ₦50,000 caution fee is returned within 24 hours after checkout if inspection confirms no damage, missing item or unresolved house-rule violation. If there is a concern, reservations will explain the issue and provide a route for review.
